MSR Teachers Designated Ellis Island Teacher Ambassadors

Miss Barron and Mrs. Sullivan have been invited to present their work at this summer's National Endowment for the Humanities workshop on Ellis Island. Both of the teachers have been designated as Ellis Island Teacher Ambassadors under a grant from the Geraldine R. Dodge Foundation and have been working on this project throughout the year. This summer, they will present their work and that of their students. Both the physics and psychology classes have done extensive work in conjunction with
Miss Barron and Mrs. Sullivan.

Their presentation is entitled "Take It Back to the Classroom." Practical applications and lessons will be the focus of their presentations for the teachers attending the workshop.
